MikeI'm just using an Intel Mac Mini right now with integrated graphics, it takes 8 minutes to process a ORF file with these settings! Looking at the benchmarking of my current and the recommended GPUs, the recommended one is considerably faster, which would be a huge bonus anyway.Īny thoughts? What GPUs are people using? Maybe I just need to replace my graphics card. Looking at the DxO website a recommendation is AMD Radeon RX 6600 or better. I'm thinking that my GPU isn't up to scratch, though I did update the drivers yesterday to no avail. Looking at the DxO forum, I'm not the only person having such issues, and it happens with both Olympus and Canon RAWs. A typical output shown below with the RAW image on the left side and the 'processed' image (just a black rectangle) on the right side. When I use the GPU it sometimes works but other times crashes. However there is a big BUT, and that is I can only get it to run reliably with CPU processing and that takes 2 minutes per image. Anything more is too aggressive, at least to my eyes. I've recently been trialling PureRAW 3 and I like the results of DeepPRIME XD a lot, but only with the sharpening set to 'soft'.
